Memorial Day 2010: Thank You
Tomorrow is Memorial Day. I wish I had something wonderful to say here, but I really don’t. When I think of the tens of thousands who spilled their blood so that I and mine didn’t have to spill ours, I am awed. I simply do not have anything adequate to say to express my gratitude. I will simply say, to the families who now have empty places in their homes and hearts, thank you. I am grateful to the very core of my being for you and those taken from you.
Michelle Malkin and Andrew Malcom both have tributes to our honored dead and I recommend them both.

That picture just brings tears to my eyes. It's probably unbelievable to most Americans that people have actually died for them.
Thank you. You have spoken for many of us.
