Ed Morrissey Wins Award, Is Introduced By Some Radio Guy
I mentioned yesterday that I had it on good authority there would be more surprises at CPAC, and so there was another one today. Ed Morrissey was voted the 2009 CPAC Blogger of the Year, one of the any prestigious awards I have not yet won (one day, though…one day). Ed is a good man and a prolific blogger whose writing has become must-read for conservative leaders and opinion-makers.
One of those leaders made a surprise appearance at the presentation ceremony today and, as surprises go, it was a pretty good one.
Congrats, Ed. You earned every bit of this.
