Calling all Superhero Geeks!
I can’t say I’m a dedicated watcher of the Justice League cartoons, but what episodes I’ve seen I’ve really liked. I missed the part of Geek School that involved comic books, so I admit I’m behind the curve, but I do like a good superhero story. This seems to be a good one.
I do have one question for the GSCB Graduate Program. Was Alternate Superman always such a Guido? Evil Green Arrow looks pretty cool, though. I think I’d take him over his more pacifist good counterpart.

Jimmie, the Justice League of Earth 3 (as they've been known in the comics since the early '60s) have always looked a little…off…and acted a bit off as well. "Power Ring" (Green Lantern's counterpart) views his ring as a curse instead of a gift. "Ultraman" (Earth 3 Superman) GAINS a new power every time he's exposed to Kryptonite.
The video advertised looks pretty good, but really, if you haven't seen the "Justice League" and "Justice League Unlimited" series that ran on Cartoon Network…hie thee to the nearest Blockbuster or over to Amazon and purchase, pronto! Some of the best presentations of those characters EVER! "Wild Cards," a two-parter with the League facing off against the Joker features a Joker every bit as twisted and with a plan every bit as disturbing as anything you saw in "The Dark Knight." And "Epilogue"–the next-to-last-season finale–is as entertaining and uplifting a half hour of TV as you're ever going to see. I watch it any time I need a boost, or just to feel better about life.
