All Charlie Crist Needs Now are a Violin and a Toga

| January 3, 2010 | Comments (2)

Charlie Crist, who hopes to be Florida’s next Senator, is sure rocking the incompetence lately. Get a load of this quote:

“All in all, I think it’s been a good year — a good year in challenging times,” Crist said. “These are tough times. It sure hasn’t been dull, to say the least, by any stretch.”

Carolyn Tackett digs more into the article’s fine romp around Crists Happy Land, noting that while Florida sinks farther into the recession, he’s not given up on…whatever it is that he does.

Imagine…the RNSC really thought Crist would make a really good Senator. He certainly has the cheery optimism of the delusional captain of a sinking boat down well, which, I suppose, is why the RNC establishment is still so enamored with him.

UPDATE: Speaking of delusional Senators.

The man thinks that being called a "closet Democrat" is a compliment for crying out loud. I realize he has a thing for closets but sheesh!
