Science Hangs Its Head in Shame
If this story gets any traction at all it could become the scientific scandal of the century, if not of all time.
I know that sounds like crazy-eyed hyperbole, so judge it for yourself. The University of East Anglia Climate Research Unit was hacked recently (though there are strong suggestions that it was an inside job) and tons of e-mails and files dumped onto the internet. A good number of them show what appear to be conversations between scientists at the unit discussing how to cook climate numbers to advance the global warming political agenda. There’s also a pretty nasty comment about the death of one of the first notable climate change skeptics.

So the 1079 emails and 72 documents seem indeed evidence of a scandal involving most of the most prominent scientists pushing the man-made warming theory – a scandal that is one of the greatest in modern science. I’ve been adding some of the most astonishing in updates below – emails suggesting conspiracy, collusion in exaggerating warming data, possibly illegal destruction of embarrassing information, organised resistance to disclosure, manipulation of data, private admissions of flaws in their public claims and much more. If it is as it now seems, never again will “peer review” be used to shout down sceptics.
The people involved have defiled Reason in the name of fraudulent politics, fat budgets, and international fame. I’d like to see every one of them shamed so thoroughly that they’d be lucky to get jobs flipping burgers.
On the good side, these temple prostitutes for the Church of Global Warming just might have done something that the diligent work of skeptics and plain evidence could not — drive an ash stake through the heart of Anthropogenic Global Warming. A guy can dream.

I've railed against the subject for a number of years saying there is nothing of science in Man made Global Warming being established fact.
Global Warming Hysteria operates much like sinister cult where the Unbelievers must be destroyed for daring to ask questions or point out flaws in the theories set forth as fact.
Science at its heart is taking all the information and making a cohesive picture out of it. You don't get that cohesive picture if every time someone brings a puzzle piece that changes the picture gets tossed out and the angry hordes are sent to destroy that puzzle piece and the person.
