I think he is extemely skilled at misrepresenting situations in order to lead the listener to wrong conclusions. I would. I think he is extemely skilled at misrepresenting situations in order to lead the listener to wrong conclusions. This may not be lying – strictly speaking – but it certainly isn't truth telling, either.
