Fear and Kia in Kentucky
As I write this, Stacy McCain is somewhere west of Fairmont, W.Va., heading toward Clay County, KY to commit acts of journalism related to the apparent murder of Bill Sparkman. He’s probably traveling light — a bottle of Mad Dog and a carton of Winstons in the seat next to him and Steppenwolf blasting from the speakers of his 2004 Kia Optima. Woe betide the State Trooper who catches that comet on his radar gun.
I expect I’ll talk to him in the next couple hours and I’ll give you an update. Right now, he’s figuring to arrive in Clay County around 5 PM. I’m looking forward to reading what he digs up.
In the meantime, maybe you’d want to see more acts of real journalism committed by good conservative reporters? Well, you know what do to.
