How many times have we heard about children being abducted while walking to school or while standing alone waiting for a bus? The authority figures making these threats of jail time apparently never learned how to prioritize, or for that matter, have any common sense. It's a sad day in this country when we threaten to punish someone for simply helping out a neighbor by making sure three kids get to school safely, when we have criminals that we can't seem to catch who are hurting children every day. How do you sleep at night when you enforce such stupid laws as this? Imagine it were your child at the bus stop alone........., do you want to get that phone call from the school notifying you that your child did not get off the bus?
