In a classic case of not knowing when to cut their losses, ACORN has filed a lawsuit against James O’Keefe, Hannah Giles and Andrew Breitbart over the undercover videos showing ACORN workers offering tax advice to a “pimp” and “prostitute.”
The liberal group contends that the audio portion of the video was obtained illegally because Maryland requires two-party consent to create sound recordings.
The two employees seen in the video were fired after it was posted online. The lawsuit says the employees, Tonja Thompson and Shera Williams, suffered “extreme emotional distress.”

Wow, maybe it’s just me, but I really don’t give a rat’s rear end about any emotional distress that Ms. Thompson and Ms. Williams may have suffered.
And the funny thing is, even at that low level of concern, I probably care more about their emotional distress than they did about the emotional distress that 13 year old El Salvadoran little girls might suffer as sex slaves.
That is all.
This has “Train Wreck” written all over it. Glad to see ACORN getting its just desserts.
