Massive CNN Knowledge FAIL!
Andrew Breitbart took CNN to the woodshed this morning for their complete ignorance of the massive, and still growing, ACORN scandal. Not only did he call the behavior of CNN President Jonathan Klein “despicable”, but he also put the boots to the rest of the network. Alas for the MSM, Breitbart knows how the game is played, and he has played it very, very well.
KELLY: You were with us the morning that the story broke — the morning that the first video aired on BigGovernment.com. And now in a week’s time, the congressional action, the response by the Feds, has been really stunning. I mean, for years, the Democrats in Congress have not wanted to sign on to anything that would cut back funding from ACORN, and now we see these huge majorities coming out of the Senate and the House to cut down the group — to cut off the group’s funding. What’s your reaction, a week into this?
BREITBART: Well, I’m grateful that the American public has realized that there’s a serious problem here, and that their elected representatives are taking their concerns seriously. A new Rasmussen poll came out this morning that says America’s overwhelmingly disturbed by what they’ve seen on these videos.
But, predictably, and why we rolled the videos out one by one by one by one, we set traps for ACORN to lie; each and every time they lied. They went to the mainstream media, continued to tell those lies. The next day, the previous day’s lies were exposed. And CNN in particular has kept going back to ACORN and taking their line.
The ACORN story isn’t the only hole in CNN’ss knowledge base. I wonder how anyone, after watching this, can consider Wolf Blitzer well-informed enough to tell them what is and isn’t newsworthy.
I’m sure Wolf is a nice guy and earnest about his job, but holy cow!

ACORN has been de-funded, which is a little more extreme a punishment than normal mismanagement deserves, but I'll go along with it. Now maybe we can de-fund Blackwater/XE. Their crimes are murder, rape, child prostitution, and human trafficking. Think anyone of those crimes might warrant cutting them off? Apparently not. But those are just silly little frat boy crimes, right? There are other private mercenary forces that don't do that crap. Maybe we should use them. But we can't because Blackwater/XE is a Christian force, so we have to let them commit crimes. To do otherwise would be to discriminate against crime committing Christians.
It hasn't been de-funded yet, but hopefully it soon will be. And it won't be de-funded for mismanagement, but for being an enormous criminal enterprise.
Fostert should back up his Blackwater preachments with links, if he feels so strongly. Jimmie is right that ACORN is a RICO exercise in racketeering, with the DNC as a major ally. The ObamaCare will extend this as Bigger Government Always Means More Corruption.
Anyone familiar with the news business knows that Jonathan Klein at CNN is an ideological diehard. He's been trying to rein in Lou Dobbs for years, but Lou is his biggest ratings draw!
CNN's Sanchez is familiar to us S. Florida types as an adrenalin freak on steroids and has no brains. Breitbart was great during the interview which I saw last nite and it's apparent that Brobambi and his crybabies in the WH are probably planning or even preparing an agitprop campaign to discredit Fox, the only outlet that dares to question him closely. With the help, of course, of the slavish MSM. Which FoxNEWS trounces routinely in the ratings. If you can't beat 'em with facts, get Big Government to do it with regulation or even better, lawsuits.
The other nets keep lying about the Tea Party DC event and the ACORN bust should have made them think again, but predictably they are wedded to ideology, not reality.
In their agitprop world, they ironically call themselves "reality-based." Through a looking glass. Narcissistic morons, just like Dear Leader Brobambi who may be right now editing his own "Full Ginsberg" weekend, shot yesterday, in the Oval Office while the slavish nets wait outside for the final cut.
