WARNING! EARWORM* AHEAD!
I miss “The Animaniacs”. Really I do. The show was juvenile and had burp jokes, but it was also a very smart show. If you weren’t careful, you could learn something.
For example, I learned a little bit of German from the International Friendship Song (which, a few years ago, I got to sing in its original form as a beer hall drinking song). You have no idea how hard it was not to jump up and start my very own verse about “underwear from France”.
*I actually didn’t know that the term “earworm” was borrowed from the German. Syncronicity FTW!
