ACORN Suspends Pimp-Advisory Operations. Huggy Bear Displeased.

In a move that has rocked the child prostitution and tax fraud markets, ACORN announced stopped advising new clients about housing and financial matters. Pimps everywhere have been thrown into disarray as they will now have to choose between getting their hands on billions of taxpayer dollars or importing underaged El Salvadoran girls to trick for them.

ACORN Chief Pimp Wrangler Bertha Lewis said the actions she saw from ACORN employees in one two three four offices were “indefensible”. I’m guessing this is a modification of her earlier position that the tapes were bogus or that the incidents were isolated. Lewis also said that the group is going to straighten up and fly right from now on.

In addition, she said, “ACORN’s independent Advisory Council will help select an independent auditor/reviewer no later than September 18th to review all of the systems and processes called into question by the videos.”

It should be noted here that ACORN selected an independent reviewer back in January to deal with some management problems. Fat lot of good that did.

If you think that the reviewer the Advisory Council (staffed almost exclusively with extreme left-wing figured like heads of the SEIU and the Center for American Progress and a random Kennedy) is going to pick a truly independent reviewer to look into these allegations, well, I have this really nice bridge up near Brooklyn I can sell you cheap.

In the meantime, the heat continues to rise on the criminal enterprise. Governor Schwarzenegger has called for de Attorney General of Kahleefornia to investigate da ACORN. Maybe that’ll work and maybe it won’t. The AG in question here is Jerry “Governor Moonbeam” Brown who’ll be running against Ahnuld next year and will likely need all the left wing voter registration fraud help he can get. New York AG Andrew Cuomo has just opened an investigation and Gov. Pawlenty of Minnesota has asked his state to immediately stop all ACORN funding. Also, the National Legal and Policy Center has called on J.P. Morgan CEO Jamie Dimon to drop all funding of ACORN immediately. Dimon’s company has been a major recipient of TARP money and it’s reasonable to wonder how much of that money is going into ACORN’s pockets.

It’s amazing to see how ACORN’s story has changed with each new video (speaking of which, Parts II and III of the San Bernadino investigation are out and it’s not looking good for Barack’s team). Bertha Lewis still seems intent on the suicidal move of going after O’Keefe and Giles as well as Fox. Remember, Mr. RICO is still out there waiting for the discovery fairy to arrive.

I think it’s time for a little Glenn Frye, don’t you?
