Second, in line with that, someone somewhere mentioned that although he resigned from the "Czar" position, he's still on the White House payroll and will continue doing what he was doing. I thought that was an interesting point - is it true? I have no idea. How does one find out if it's true? Don't know that either. Is anybody anywhere keeping track of what the White House spends...or is it just a matter of spending whatever and the Congress rubberstamps the budget? Two thoughts on this:
