It Starts With Health Care and Ends With…Internet Stardom!

The incredibly busy and talented Duane Lester, who not only runs the very fine All American Blogger but is also one of the main talents behind Radio for Conservatives, has decided to try his hand at video blogging. As it turns out, his first v-log (Woo! New internet term!) on why the right is so staunchly opposed to government-run health care is pretty good. I think you’ll be entertained and find something useful in it as well.

I really like how Duane actually produced this video, unlike a lot of bloggers who pretty much just talk into the camera for a few minutes. If all you’re going to do with your video is a spoken-word rendition of a written blog post, then I don’t much see the point of doing a video at all. However, Duane adds information to his post with video clips and graphics that you couldn’t easily get from a static blog post. That he does it without a professional setup or financial backing is pretty darned impressive. Imagine what he could do with some seed money and professional equipment (did someone say “internet star”?).

Good job and well worth your time.
