I agree – what is this lemming gene that is in so many Americans where they want to believe and support whatever their government tells them? "You better not act against any element of our government because they are our big brother and will take care of us." Where does that mentality come from?!?

And explain to me why a company like Blackwater can be legally exempted from any liability under criminal law when they legally commit murder. Yet an organization the abides by the law should be prosecuted. Obviously, you think photography is a more serious crime than murder. And you're crazy on that.

Umm, what the ACLU did was legal. It's already covered by Paparazzi laws. They would only get into any trouble if they they tapped someone's phone or entered someone's house. You know, the kind of stuff the CIA does. The kind of stuff you support. Photographing someone has been legal since the 1920s. It's only illegal if you sell the photo. Unless you sell it to a journalistic entity for investigative journalism purposes. And the National Equirer qualifies under all legal rulings. And it's as reliable as Fox News, so under what basis can you say they can't send cameras to people's houses when Bill O' Reilly already does?
