A Blur in Yellow and Green
Holy crows, this is fast.
That was Usain Bolt running 100 meters in 9.58 seconds, a new world record. The old record, which Bolt set at the 2008 Olympics was 9.69 seconds. To compare, the man who finished second in that clip, Tyson Gay, came in only .02 seconds slower than the old record and ran the third-fastest 100 meter dash ever.
Yet all he saw that whole race was Usain Bolt’s shoe dust.
