If we are going to eventually try these terrorists in the US Courts, then having the FBI Agents read them their Miranda rights prior to their interviews is prudent and logical. Terrorists, criminals and anybody else are either going to talk or not talk regardless of the Miranda warning - that decision is always up to the individual.
