I would've walked right by them and dared them to do something. There is NO place in the USA for crap like that. The fact that Holder's justice dpt. dismissed the case is just further proof that racial politics and political cronyism (the New Black Panthers endorsed BHO) not only didn't end with Hopenchange, they ACCELERATED.
