It's apparent that what we need is separate laws for each ethnic group. No way, it seems, can one set of laws apply to everybody. That being the case, since laws should be consistent in their application, we must need separate - but equal - laws.

I believe this is where we must make our stand, and not be scared or guilt-tripped into accepting this hack judge.

They'll call us racists/bigots, but they do that anyway.

They'll call us sexist, but they do that anyway.

They'll try to spin her 'compelling life story' which on Hannity's radio show today was said about a thousand different times, as more important than her apparent "Because I said so" judicial position. Nevermind she doesn't seem to understand the role of a Judge as an impartial party dedicated to finding truth and delivering justice, she has to be empathic!

I love this whole "Empathy" schtick they've got going over in Washington. So, what I suppose I'm to believe is that the rule of law will apply differently if you are a minority, homosexual, transgender, or female. Being a single mother counts double towards "letting you off easy" score modifier. Black/hispanic? 5 points. Female? 3 points (remember gender is less important than the race. Always less important.) Single Mother doubles the female points to 6. Homosexual? Wild-card modification: come up with a number at random. Oh! And financial situation! If person in question is poor, all sentences are quartered. If you're a black single mother who recently turned lesbian, you can get off the hook for serial murder/rape of a busload of middle school boys!

Maybe I'm taking this a bit far. Oh well. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em.
