So not only is he ducking responsibility, he is playing up some ridiculous supposed failures of the US & the previous administrations for the sole purpose of demonstrating how wonderful he is. Its very sick & immature. And what's worse is, if you have children, you probably recognize this behavior in them & scold them (because all children are very self-serving this way until they are taught not to be.) But now you fail to see it in a grown man. That's crazy.
