How Can You Have Rule 2 Linkage without The Shack?
As usual, your Saturday blog reading should begin with a hot cuppa joe and Stacy McCain’s linkfest to end all linkfests. He’s farmed the job out to Frequent Commenter Smitty, who has taken up the mantle as dogsbody to the Million Hit Blogger and is slinging the Rule 2 Affection far and wide.
But it doesn’t end there. Also on the bill is the blogospheric love child of Venus Flytrap and Allen Ginsburg, Dr. Freaking S. Goodblog, PhD and his Mezmerizing Disco Ball of Links. Shine on you crazy diamond.
Now those of you who have read my blog know that I was on the McCain Train when it but a little red engine, still whispering “I think I can”. I have seen the climb to Million Hit Blogger from the front seat and I bow to no man nor well-endowed sharp-witted woman in my genuine affection for, and admiration of, my friend.
Which means that whenever there is Rule 2 action to be had, The Sundries Shack should always be in the mix. Yet this week I got the shutout, though my link-fu was strong.
A miscarriage of blogging justice? A reason to go all Rule 4 on Stacy’s Speedo-clad behind? No, just an oversight, I’m sure.
