The weather is nice today so I’m going to take advantage, open a few windows and do some early Spring Cleaning. But I’ll leave you with a few links for your Saturday reading pleasure.
First, as it must be on a Saturday, is Stacy McCain’s Full Metal Jacket Saturday. Read all the way to the end, where Stacy introduces us to a man doing God’s work in a place where even our government is afraid to tread. Help if you can.
Related to that, Donald Douglas is getting the Rule 5 blogging in early. Donald, you need to see Die Another Day just for the delectable Ms. Pike. Trust me.
There’s a new blogger on the scene, Miss S. Logan. I had the pleasure of meeting her at CPAC and she’s as smart as she is lovely. She’s a good addition to the blogosphere and, if she can get her post frequency up, she’ll be passing me in traffic pretty quickly. I’d post a photo of Miss Logan and me together, but Stacy is holding them hostage on Facebook. He has the vain hope that will entice me to join that soul-sucking site, but I will not be swayed.
Next up is Mark Steyn’s lovely bouquet of snark addressed to The Obamessiah on the occasion of the Great Dissing of our British friends. His ignorance could cost the world dearly.
Finally, Peter Robinson has an interesting column at Forbes on just how the self-anointed great minds of conservative punditry have been conveniently erasing their memories of the past election season. He also has the quote of the week:
The elite journalists, I repeat, got Obama wrong. The troglodytes got him right. As our national drama continues to unfold, bear that in mind.
As one of the aforementioned troglodytes, let me just say, I told you so. Dopes.
I’ll be back tomorrow with (I hope) a couple of longer pieces that needed to percolate in my brain a little longer than normal. They’ll be worth the wait, I promise.

LOL, I’ll check it out, Jimmy. She’s hot!
Thanks for the link.
The GOP lost the White House and Congress, but we’ve still got the Hottie Majority on our side — and that should count for something.
You are too kind, but don’t let that stop you.
Despite, the weather, I managed to get in TWO posts today, with, of course, a link to your Obama’s epic fail. Let the traffic sharing begin.
