Ah, Brave President Obama. When the going got tough yesterday, he got going…right the heck out of the White House. Fourteen days into his administration, he played hooky because he “just tired of being in the White House”. While his Press Secretary was taking a Mike Tyson-level beating from the suddenly pugnacious press corps, Barack Obama was fielding such hard-hitting questions as “Who is your favorite superhero?”
It’s almost enough to inspire one to song (Sorry Python Guys)!
Brave Obama ran away.
Bravely ran away, away!
When tax cheats reared their ugly heads,
He bravely turned his tail and fled.
Yes, brave Obama turned about
And gallantly he chickened out.
Bravely taking to his feet
He beat a very brave retreat,
Bravest of the brave, Obama!He simply had to get away
In the House of White he could not stay
He found some children in a school
And showed them he was awesome cool!While Gibbs was getting his brains beat in
Brave Obama got good media spin.
Instead of defending his Stimulus Plan
He decided to talk about Spiderman.
He snuck away and reappeared
In a place where he would not be jeered.
Instead of saying, “Yes I Can!”
He bravely turned his tail and ran.
