When I read this article about the softball interview ABC’s Good Morning America gave to Obama buddy and proud killer William Ayers, I’m reminded of the opening lines of Robert Browning’s “Childe Roland to the Dark Tower Came”

My first thought was, he lied in every word,
That hoary cripple, with malicious eye
Askance to watch the working of his lie
On mine, and mouth scarce able to afford
Suppression of the glee that pursed and scored
Its edge, at one more victim gained thereby.

William Ayers is a despicable human being whose moral compass has been so warped by the lodestone of selfishness and anti-American hatred that he almost can’t help himself. I say “almost” because even in someone as twisted as he, there always remains a spark of conscience that says that planning to kill 25 million Americans in reeducation camps or plotting to blow up a military dance (a plot, by the way, that didn’t come to fruition only because the idiot bomb makers blew themselves up first) is monstrous.

Shame - eternal shame - on ABC for giving him a friendly venue to peddle his poison and shame on Barack Obama for choosing over and over again to befriend and partner with him.
