Can Helen Jones-Kelley Be in More Trouble? Yes She Can!
The saga of Helen Jones-Kelley, the Obama booster who decided to abuse her power and order her minions to go traipsing throuth Joe Wurzelbacher’s private records without legitimate cause, continues with this new development.
Jones-Kelley also also did a little partisan fundraising work using her state e-mail account and the Obama campaign made at least $2,500 from her rulebreaking. That’s a no-no that will be hard for her to evade since the investigator reportedly has the e-mail already in hand. She can’t claim ignorance of the rules either as she was advised by the state’s legal counsel in an e-mail about the rules covering proper political activity and forwarded that information to her own subordinates.
The more that comes out about Jones-Kelley, the more we’re seeing the work of a true believer who didn’t think the rules should actually apply to her while she was doing her service for The One.
The investigation should be finished this week and I’m looking forward to the aftermath. I’m hoping that Joe has himself a lawyer just waiting for the results so he can bring down the lawsuit hammer. What she did was abusive and wrong. She and her employer should pay a severe penalty for it. I figure a couple dozen million bucks is a good start.
You simply can not poke around in someone’s life without a darned good reason. “He asked the Obamessiah an uncomfortable question” is not such a reason.

Actually,
Even though it was a setup Obama did a good job of answering his question. No more capital gains taxes; half of his employee healthcare subsidized and a return to the tax levels of the Clinton admin for any portion over $250k.
Too bad Joe wasn't really a plumber and isn't really buying the business….
Chris – Maybe you didn’t hear?? Your messiah won already, you don’t have to be angry any more!! Get over it.
Obviously, JTP should sue, and would win.
But I'd rather see the settlement come directly out of H-J-K's purse, instead of being paid for by the people of Ohio.
Here's a reminder: Gov. Strickland and H-J-K, you work for US, the people of Ohio, not Obama.
She should be fired. If Stickland won't do it than the next Gov should.
Joe the Governor. Hummmmm. I like it!
