For a guy who has promised a new way of running a government, he’s sure sticking to the old ways pretty closely.

Rahm Emanuel is currently a member of the House who represents the North Side of Chicago and Cook County Illinois. He was the chief adviser and head fundraiser for Chicago Mayor Daley’s successful election campaign in 1989. He earned millions as an investment banker at a Chicago firm before he was elected to the House. He was a senior adviser to the Clinton White House and has earned a reputation as a hard-line partisan. He was also one of the principle people who worked on the failed national health care proposal later known as Hillarycare.
So, he’s another typical Chicago Democrat with close ties to the corrupt machine who made a ton of money in the capitalist system he now rails against and was a chief adviser in the last Democratic administration.
Good start, there, President-Elect. When does the Change happen?
