Calling It A Night and a Day
Well, folks, that’s it for me until after the election. I’m tuning in to My Beloved Redskins who I’m hoping will give me warm fuzzy dreams of victory on which to sleep tonight. Tomorrow, I’m up at somewhere around 5 AM to spend the day working as a Provisional Judge at one of my local polling places. I’ll be out of contact with just about everyone and everything until the polls close and we break things down for the night. All told, it’ll likely be a 15-hour day and I’ll be ragged by the time I get home. I will probably flick on the news to get the returns, but don’t expect any blogging until Wednesday morning sometime (which will also give me time to think up an appropriate victory dance, let’s hope!).
Here’s wish all of you a good day tomorrow, quick and uneventful voting, and a clean and competitive election.
Go, McCain!
