Police Clerk Charged for Violating Joe Wurzelbacher’s Private Records

So, now we know who was behind two of the three illegal queries into Joe Wurzelbacher’s records. The Toledo PD charged a records clerk with gross misconduct. She’ll probably lose his job and may well face criminal charges.

Wurzelbacher, for his part, is considering a lawsuit. He should sue the pants off of the city of Toledo and the State of Ohio, and he should do it this week. And he should make sure his lawyer holds the biggest press conference he can during which the name Barack Obama comes up a hundred times. I hope he gets millions of bucks, too, to inflict some pain and to make it very clear that the fascist thuggery that Barack Obama encourages won’t go unpunished.

Then he should buy that plumbing company he’s dreamed of owning. That would be some sweet irony right there, especially if Obama loses the election.

So the records clerk is in hot water as she should be. But Helen Jones-Kelley ought to be facing some charges, too. At the very least, she should be on forced vacation until the investigation into why she let her people go hunting for a way to get Wurzelbacher in hot water is finished. With any luck, she’ll be out on her ass and facing a Plumber Joe lawsuit, too.

(Edited to change the pronoun for the clerk to the correct gender. Sorry)

  1. You know I don’t much like lawsuits. But in this case…I hope he does sue the pants off of them & I hope he wins. Especially against Helen Jones Kelley who apparently won’t even be disciplined for her part.
