So Barack Obama’s story is that he was only eight years old when his socialist cop-killer buddy was about his work and that as he got older and, presumably, smarter, he didn’t know anything about Bill Ayers even though he worked on the same floor of the same small office building with the guy and liked one of the guys books well enough to write a blurb about it. Besides, Ayers was completely rehabilitated from the past that Obama says he didn’t know anything about when they worked together for years on the board of the same organization and sat on a panel put together by Michelle Obama.
Okay. Assuming I don’t choke on all that, how am I supposed to expect that he really didn’t know a darned thing about how Ayers didn’t regret his cop-killing, America-hating ways given that he didn’t mind saying so in front of television cameras?
It makes you wonder how someone so stunningly clueless about a close associate and political ally is going to suddenly develop the keen insight necessary to sniff out the lies of tyrants like Mad Mahmoud, Kim Jong Il, Vladimir Putin, and the maniac Islamists who are trying to kill us.
By the way, the cop-killer thing I stole from Jim Treacher. It’s accurate and I like it, so I think I’ll keep it.

And their children still remember. This guy has walked around free for decades, and the guy he groomed to go into politics could end up in the Oval Offic.
Bill & Bernadine have been living their whole life off the glory of their escapades in the weather underground. It is why they were semi-famous among their radical neighbors & cocktail crowd in the area where Obama lived; and it was the clencher, I’m sure, in how they got their jobs at universities. It would be different if these two had turned over a new leaf & were trying to live differently and thus, hiding their past that they are ashamed of. But with Ayers, giving interviews in 2001 about the topic & Dohrn giving speeches, proudly, on the same subject as late as 2006/07, they really shouldn’t expect us to believe that Obama had no idea what these two were about.
