Besides...why would he have to suspend the campaign to focus on another issue? I'm afraid the presidency is going to require more multi-tasking than that. And what does suspending ads have to do with it? Ads run with no effort on McCain's personal part. And it's not an economic issue because they're already paid for. Not to mention the fact that the argument is lame anyway being that it is so close to November 4th. As president, either candidate could be a hell of a lot more effective in tackling this issue than they could ever be in the Senate. So not giving THAT your all will ultimately render you less effective than 'suspending your campaign' for a few days to 'work on the problem.' Even if that were not true, McCain isn't suspending his campaign. Please believe there are still buttloads of people and buttloads of dollars at work for McCain 2008 as we speak.
