Ladies and gentlemen, the dumbest line of the night.

We are the party of Roosevelt. We are the party of Kennedy. So don’t tell me that Democrats won’t defend this country. Don’t tell me that Democrats won’t keep us safe.

Yes, and the Democrats are also the party of Carter and the party of Clinton and they’re a lot more indicative of today’s Democratic Party position of national security than are FDR and Kennedy.

I remember the humiliating defeats we suffered at the hands of dirt-shack dictators and two-bit warlords under Carter and Clinton. I remember how Clinton has chances to take Osama bin Laden into custody but refused because he was afraid of what lawyers might say.

No, the Democrats won’t defend the country today. No, they won’t keep us safe. They haven’t for the past 30 years because they do not believe that there is any threat to protect America from. Barack Obama proved tonight that he’s as clueless as his most recent predecessors. There’s nothing in Barack Obama that says that he’s going to be any different in 2009.

One Response to “Barack Obama, Meet Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton”

  1. Charles Nickalopoulos says:

The problem I have with Obama, is the fact the so many people think he is going to work miracles.

There are going to be NO miracles from Obama. He is NOT going to heal race relations. He NOT going to bring peace to world.

Under Obama, (if he gets elected) things will be Jimmy Carterish. If you would be content under Jimmy Carter, then you should be satisfied under Barack Obama.
