The O-Gina Salute is…For Real?

Remember when I said that the O-gina Salute had to be some sort of prank?
“Our symbol ‘O’ is about much more than Barack Obama. It’s a symbol of unity, hope, solidarity, and an end to the divisiveness that has plagued this country for too long. It is the peace sign of our generation; a sign for those who are tired of the fear, the hatred, the greed, and the ignorance.”
It is not, apparently, a sign to those who are tired of the vapid symbolism of the left. I’ll let Allah take it from here.
If it’s for real, I hope it catches on; nothing would drive home the alleged fact of the left’s free-thinkin’, skeptical intellectual superiority like seeing them greet each other with the political equivalent of Robin Williams’s “nanu nanu” gesture from Mork & Mindy.
I sincerely hope that when the Obamessiah makes his triumphal ride into Denver, the cameras show the hordes of adoring Democrats all giving the O-gina Salute. Can you imagine what the average American voter will make of it?

These people have mental problems!
I mean, at some point, they have to be asking themselves how exactly are they going to get all of us small government, capitalist, pro-gun, pro-life, etc. type people to agree with them? Or are they planning to unite with us? Are they going to rally around the 2nd amendment? Learn to govern themselves & their own families & stop asking the government to intervene in every human crisis?
And if they even think that far, and come to the obvious conclusion that this is not possible…then what? Are they already thinking about how they are going to put down all of us who don’t share their Utopian vision? I know some already are but I do wonder if the mass of kool-aid drinkers have really thought it through and/or realized that this is how facism gains a foot-hold.
Because that is what we need for “peace” is a sign. And that is going to eliminate all of the “fear”, “hatred”, “greed” & “ignorance” and all those other nasty human characteristics that have been with us since the dawn of time.

I can’t believe the Obamanation has not learned what ridicule it risks from its faux Presidential seal debacle not two months ago.
Now they have a zerobama greeting lifted from Star Trek, which isn’t surprising since many of the Obamanation’s signature lines were lifted by Axelrod from the Matrix.
I mean symbolically the ‘greeting’ looks either like the Obamanation is a big zero (which judging by his experience he is) or that this is a gay friendly symbol showing one of the largest anuses in existence. (Maybe it’s a symbol of what a screwing the American public will receive should it lose all sensibility and elect that leftwing narcissist.
