Look Ma! I’m on the Radio!
My friend Joel Gaines has asked me to come back onto his radio show, No Pundit Intended. He’s one of the finer shows shows hosted at Blog Talk Radio.
I was on the show once before and I had a blast. Joel is a funny guy who doesn’t get into “blather mode” the way a lot of other hosts do. Though his show is mostly about politics and current events, he’s just as likely to hit you with one of his favorite recipes as he is talking about an Obama flip-flop. He’s also a heck of a nice guy. I enjoy listening to his show on Sundays and when I can’t, I’m sure to grab up the rebroadcast as soon as it hits the site.
Of course it is a political show, so I imagine that’s what we’ll be discussing today. I admit that I’m not entirely sure what we’ll be talking about, so this will be an adventure for me. Doesn’t that make you want to tune in even more now? It could be great or I could drive the show right into a ditch. You won’t know until it happens!
I’ll be on right around 7 PM Eastern for about 15 minutes. So if you’re near your computer, link in and listen. Then come back here and drop me a line. I’d love to report that my being a guest brought him a few more visitors.
Maybe if I do that, he’ll have me on regularly!
UPDATE: Well, that was fun. Instead of 15 minutes, Joel kept me on for the whole hour-long show, so I got to chime in on all sorts of things. The show is available for download at the above link and also on iTunes. I think I did okay. If you didn’t catch it live, download it and listen later this week. And drop Joel a note letting him know how much you liked it.
