Narnia Rocks, Again!

A rave review for The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian.

Photographed with style to spare and set to a rousing score worthy of an Errol Flynn classic, Caspian delivers any number of wonderful, well-defined characters you care about, strong and worthy themes, warmth, humor, and a driven plot determined first and foremost to entertain. With Iron Man I was sure the best film of the summer was already behind us. I do love it when I’m wrong.

From what I’ve seen of the trailers, the movie looks spectacular. I got excited about this one the first time I saw the first trailer. I’m glad to see that the story is as strong as I had hoped as well. This is one movie, perhaps the only movie, I’ll see this year.

I also found out that Eddie Izzard plays one of the characters in the movie. I love Izzard’s acting, especially his comedy acting, so now I want to see the movie even more than I did before.
