But your reaction to finding out that the guy you've had dinner with a couple times, who has contributed to your campaign, and with whom you worked is a stone-cold unrepentant killer, your reaction should be a little more than "uhhh….who?".

Must one agree with everyone in one's "circles"? Obama isn't taking his marching orders from the dude. The dude is a big player in the (gasp) "social justice" circles of Chicago– he is involved solely in undeniably good works nowadays. Obama has denounced the dude's past, which occurred when O. was 8 yrs old. Get over it.

Is it, spoots? That post doesn't mention that Obama was named the political heir of a prominent Democratic politician at a party hosted by Ayers and his surviving girlfriend. Indeed, Ayers was one of the Chicago politicos that Obama was there to meet.

Obama and Ayers have crossed paths several more times since then, and Ayers has been very publicly non-repentant for his terrorist past. Actually, he's said in the recent past that he was sorry he couldn't have been more violent.

And still Obama ran in his circles.

And both Ayers and Obama will figure prominently in the corruption trial that's only just begun.

Dead? Man, that horse hasn't even begun to gallop.
