There wasn't a Read Me beyond the "here's how you upgrade". The plugin is a third-party thing, which is why, I suppose, WordPress doesn't link it up in the official docs. That said, apparently many of the gurus who work with or on the software swear by it. Ah well. At least I know better now. That's the thing.
