Zawahiri, via his Playskool Cassette Recorder, Tells America “You’re in for it now!”.

Man, we just can’t win with this guy.

Al-Qaida’s No. 2 said in an audiotape released Friday that the United States will lose whether it stays in Iraq or withdraws, and he sneered that President Bush just wants to pass the problem on to his successor.

“The truth is that if Bush keeps all his forces in Iraq until doomsday and until they enter hell, they will only see crisis and defeat by the will of God,” said al-Zawahri, the deputy of al-Qaida chief Osama bin Laden.

“If the American forces leave, they will lose everything. And if they stay, they will bleed to death,” he said.

Well, golly. If we lose either way, how’s about we take the option that involves our soldiers shooting the living bejeesus out of scores of Islamist degenerates. Might as well do as much damage to Zawahiri and his fellow sheep-diddlers as we can, right?

• The Egyptian government is obviously a tool of the “Zionist-American Plan” for starving its people to death. So is Simon Cowell for being so mean to that nice little guy who got voted off American Idol a couple of weeks ago. And the guy who sells that undercooked sheep liver on a stick? Definitely a ZAP man.
• Iraq will soon become “Fortress Islam”, which drives a serious wedge between Zawahiri and his allies in Congress who continue to maintain that the battle against Islamists is not actually happening in Iraq.
• Iran is only trying to take over southern Iraq. This comes as a bit of a surprise to the Iranian-funded members of the Mahdi Army who have been trying to take over Baghdad for the past couple of years now.

You at least have to appreciate his optimism. He definitely has embraced the mantras of Hope and Change. You think we could get him a job with the Obama campaign? They could use his boundless optimist over there right about now.
