Most political spouses do that.  The only notable exception I can think of was Howard Dean&#039;s doctor wife who kept working.  And please find me the quote of Michelle saying that B was &quot;gritty&quot; or &quot;average&quot;.  And I&#039;d love to hear how you justify saying that they&#039;ve been &quot;putting on sackcloth and trying to act like one of the proles&quot;.   
How much did McCain or Romney or even your sainted Fred make last year?  And where the hell were their wives? </description>
