Obama Flinches at the Mention of Another Debate
Heh.
Sen. Barack Obama on Thursday suggested he doesn’t see any point in having another debate with Democratic rival Sen. Hillary Clinton.
Wednesday’s debate on ABC may be the final face-off between Sens. Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.
Clinton has agreed to a debate next week, but Obama has not yet accepted the invitation.
At an appearance in Raleigh, North Carolina, Obama said he has a lot of campaigning to do in a limited amount of time.
How much campaigning could he do for a couple hours on a weeknight? I’m not a great arithmetician, but I’m fairly sure it’s better for a candidate to reach a couple million people while pummeling your opponent head-to-head than it is to give a speech in front of a couple thousand.
That is, it’s better unless you have no freaking clue what it is you believe and would much rather give a canned speech where you won’t be challenged on your reprehensible friends and your puzzling contradictions.
You don’t think that the Obamessiah’s sudden reluctance to debate has anything to do with the beating he took last night, do you? Nah, couldn’t be that. He’s all full of hopey changefulness!

I had understood that this last Dem debate– you yourself called it the "squidillionth" one– would be the last.
"That is, it’s better unless you have no freaking clue what it is you believe"
Is there some specific area of his platform that, for some reason, you don't understand? Which one? RTFM!
spoots – I did read it. Once I got past "hope" and "change" there were a lot of blank pages, or pages that kept on getting revised every time he got asked a question.
"there were a lot of blank pages"
What's missing, really?
