So, are we to the point where a little Sharia and Islam in schools is good but even a molecule of any Christian religion is bad? It sure looks like it. I think we’re well to the point where our stupidly slavish devotion to multiculturalism has overcome what we think of the separation of church and state.
Well, I say “we”, but I don’t really mean that. “We” have done no such thing. Progressives have done this. Progressives have decided that, right now, Islam is the establishment of religion that our government institutions must respect. Even our President, who is often accused of being a skosh to the right of Pat Buchanan, has borrowed the Progressive lunacy and has allowed the Koran a government protection enjoyed by no other religious book.
I hope, for their sake and ours, that they change their minds while they still have the option. If not, we’re going to have an entirely new tax to worry about.
