The Audacity of Corruption

| February 27, 2008 | Comments (0)

You could just knock me over with a dainty little feather.

Both Democratic presidential candidates, who promise to curb the influence of corporate lobbyists in Washington, helped enact narrowly tailored tax breaks sought by major campaign contributors.

Oh sure, this is something you might expect from the politically-adept Hillary Clinton for whom murky political contributions is like cool, clear spring water, but the Obamessiah? The changiest changer that ever changed a change? The man who is going to singlehandedly dispel your cynicism and force you to be more involved and informed? The Hopemeister General?

Say it ain’t so. My heart is broken.
