I have helped in 3 towns in 2 differebt states. Now I want MY government to do ITS job - protect its citizens. Give us the levees they told us we had but did not. Because of their negligence a million people were displaced and hundreds of thousands homes and businesses were destroyed. If they can't do it, let us keep our federal taxes (38% of my yearly income) so we can protect ourselves. <a href="http://www.levees.org" rel="nofollow">www.levees.org</a> I have done my job.
