Don’t Make Excuses For Them
The New York Times is out with some Unusually harsh words for Muslims.
Muslims who wonder why non-Muslims are often baffled, angered, even frightened by some governments’ interpretation of Islamic law need only look to the cases of two women in Saudi Arabia and Sudan threatened with barbaric lashings.
Glenn Reynolds sums up the editorial with, “Don’t want to be thought of as barbarians? Don’t act that way.” I’d go one further. Don’t want to be associated with the barbarians? Don’t make excuses for them. Isolate them. Marginalize them. Scorn them. Stay as far away from them both in thought and in person, as you possibly can.
