If Huckabee couches it as a health issue and the government continues to involve itself int he minutae of our health care, what's to stop it from banning it elsewhere? My problem is that it's not the Federal Government's place to intrude here. Private businesses are private businesses and whether they alow smoking is none of the government's business.
