Hmm…Verrrrrrrrrrry Eeeenteresting, This Kindle.

So I’m poking around on Amazon looking for some gift ideas and what do I find but this really interesting piece of technology called the Kindle. It’s a wireless reading device that looks like it can handle a whole lot more than just reading. I don’t know anything more about it except what the ad copy says, but I’m willing to give it a really good test drive and tell you all about it if the folks at Amazon decide to hook me up with a demo unit.

If? What am I saying “if”? I meant to say “when”. They’d be crazy not to want the Sundries Shack Seal of Approval all over their little Kindle-thingie.

I also can’t help but notice that I’m not one of the blogs that Kindle just automatically brings right to you. I’m going to assume that’s an oversight, since the “News, Politics, and Opinion” section seems a bit light in comparison to the others and since Boing Boing is listed int hat category and just about all the others, too. The Amazon Folks should feel welcome to contact me and bring me on board!
