Time Magazine had waded into the S-CHIP fray with a biased and occasionally untrue article which claims that Young Frost was Swift-Boated, whatever the heck that means.

Best I can tell, when someone in the MSM uses that phrase, they mean that some folks came up out of nowhere and told lies – filthy lies – about him. Funny, but I remember the Swift Boaters as a group of highly-decorated combat veterans whose generally accurate accounts of their service in Vietnam put paid to several fictitious accounts that had been told by John Kerry for about 20 years. Of their accusations, precious few turned out to be as wrong as the stories that Kerry had told and the ones he used in front of Congress when he slandered every American soldier by accusing them of war crimes.

Remember, what brought the Swift Boat Veterans into public view was John Kerry and the desire to make sure that his often inaccurate voice was not the only one that spoke about that period in our history.

And those Swift Boat veterans were savaged without mercy not only by the lefty loonies on the blogosphere, but by Democratic politicians, and the MSM. They were treated far worse than the Frosts by far more people.

So when you hear the phrase “Swift-Boated”, understand that the MSM means it as an insult. Instead, choose to hear it as an honor because were simply ordinary folks who acted like responsible citizens and refused to accept the codswallop being foisted on then by media outlets who long ago threw their journalistic credibility down the sewer. For their temerity, they were treated worse than shabbily by the very people who deign to lecture the right about their very mild treatment of Mr. and Ms. Frost.
