Judge: Well, Some Laws Aren’t Meant to be Enforced

| October 10, 2007 | Comments (0)

Is America a nation of laws?

Well, not according to the judge who has prevented the Bush administration from cracking down on companies who break the law by hiring people who are, themselves, breaking the law.

His reasoning? The labor unions convinced him it’d be too hard on the economy if companies were prevented from hiring people who work for significantly less than union scale.
