Unfortunately for Bush, that truce was negotiated in Iran.  The Western Press has obviously ignored that fact.  But it is very understandable that Iran wants a stable Iraq.  After all, there&#039;s money to be made (look up Iran-Iraq pipeline deals).  It&#039;s too bad we can&#039;t make the kind of deals that Iran can.  Or India.  Or China.  While we make war, China and India make business deals.
