What grown-ups?  The ones who never had a plan to secure the peace, who let the looting happen and the multiple insurgencies rise up without changing strategy for years, who kept troop levels too low and now couldn&#039;t possibly get them high enough to run an effective counterinsurgency &lt;i&gt;according to General Petraeus&#039;s own formula&lt;/i&gt; regarding how many troops you need per x number of citizens, because the military is broken? 
 
War to win?  Your tin god Bush guaranteed defeat years ago. </description>
