Did anyone notice how Iran forcibly subjugated the British female hostage they took before they put her on camera?
She wasn’t captured with a blue head covering. She is not a Muslim. Nevertheless, she’s is wearing one in both of the screencaps at the link.
I’m waiting for some of our women’s rights groups to start making statements against the Iranian government for their violations of the Geneva Conventions, including forcing their religious conventions on a woman they kidnapped. I suspect I’ll be waiting a very long time.
This isn’t a rant against Islam. I fully realize that the Islam practiced by the Mad Mullahs is not the Islam practiced by most Muslims who simply want to live their lives and worship Allah. It is a rant against those hypocritical “leaders” who use women when they want to grab a large hunk of political power for themselves and couldn’t care less about them when there’s no election at stake.
Faye Turney is being mistreated and apparently there isn’t a single womens’ rights group that cares.
